Questions

Do you have a showroom where I can come and view your products?
To keep our prices as low as possible we dont have a showroom. However if you order something and are unhappy with it you can return it in accordance with our returns procedure.
Do you deliver overseas?
We can deliver to almost every country in the world! Please send us an email to order@houseofinteriors.co.uk with a full list of items you are interested in purchasing, the quantities and the full delivery address with postcode. We will then get a quotation and email you back.
Whats the order process?
You will receive a receipt immediately via email to confirm and acknowledge that we have your payment. We them email our clients within 2 working days to acknowledge your order and advise you of an approximate delivery date. Many items on the site have an indication of the approximate delivery times. Items that we continually stock are delivered to you within 5-21 days. When the item is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email to let you know that the item is on its way to you. You can track your item throughout the process.
Is the furniture ready assembled?
Many handmade items come assembled. Items requiring assembly are indicated. Please email info@houseofinteriors.co.uk if you have any questions.
My item is damaged. What do I do?
We inspect all our items before dispatch but if you find we have missed something we will replace your item. Please check your items at the time of delivery and inform us immediately if you have a problem.
What is the returns policy?
You can return any items to us within 7 days of receiving of receipt. If you have any doubts or questions please ask beforehand and hopefully you will never have to return anything.
